If you don't mind to end up with a lower quality PDF file, you can also print to the "Adobe PDF" printer (that is, as long as you are on a Windows system), and select Letter as your output page size, and select to "Fit" your content on the new page size. If you also need to resize your content, you will need an imposition application (I use Quite Imposing Plus for that). I am not sure whether the 'Export as PDF' menu item is available by default or only if Adobe Acrobat is installed. Once you do that, your new PDF will be uniform in page sizes. Once in the dialog box, set the page scaling to 100 and set your page size. This time, we crop out the letter sized area: Crop 0.35" from both bottom and top, and leave left and right untouched: The first 2 pages are of the same dimensions 8.2 x 11.6 inches. Open up the Crop tool (Tools>Pages>Crop) and first select to "Change Page Size" to a custom size of 8.5"x11.7" - this will create a page that is as wide as a letter sized page, and as tall as an A4 sized page. ![]() In both cases, you would need Adobe Acrobat (this will not work in the free Reader). Do you want to only change the page size, or do you also need to resize the content?
